Best things about resortThe view on the outside of it was good. It was located just obscure enough to where you did not notice the other buildings around you. The picnic areas add a friendly hangout to meet neighbors and just let kids run around for a minute before going out or going back into your room.
ReviewThe toilet was wobbly when you sit down, it was in need of repair by adding some shimmies or tightening the toilet bolts. The a/c units were broken, functional but broken. Unfortunately the pool was closed but considering it was raining when we arrived, we did not miss it. It could use better curtains/blinds than what it has. Either wider blinds or curtains so at night you can relax with the lights on and not feel uncomfortable when someone walks by and turn to look because they can see inside. It says check out time at 11:00am, but a staff member knocked once and entered at 10:00am! ONE FULL HOUR PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. I am all for getting your work done but don't check the room by walking in. Had it not been for that, I would have rated it 4 stars but that was very unsettling and rude. That just shows that the front desk does not communicate with their staff or the staff really does not care. Would recommend if you are not planning on staying in your room the entire time and just plan on using it to sleep.
Disappointed with the resort - Loved the location!

Best things about resortLocation, location, location!
Best attractions or restaurants nearbyThe countryside is awesome and downtown Branson is fun. It's like a PG version of Vegas. Good for the whole family.
ReviewWe were more than a little disappointed with this resort. Our rooms were old, cheap construction, broken down sofa, very uncomfortable beds, and old kitchen everything . . . it just needs a complete remodel. OTOH the location is wonderful and convenient, the staff was pleasant and professional for the most part. My wife complained about the bed and the gal at the front desk argued that she thought they are comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio sitting area, the mild weather (good time of year), and all the activities in Branson! I would definitely visit Branson again, but not at this resort.
Best things about resortClose to everything with a short drive. Has nice woodsy scenery outback with covered picknick tables, an outdoor patio area under the roof on both floors. Ice machine on ground floor. You don't have to go through lobby to get to your room. Back away from the traffic makes it safer and more quiet and quaint.
Best attractions or restaurants nearbyMike Walker's shows "Conway Remember" & "Lasting Impressions", I liked dining at resteraunts on the water at " The Landing Mall".
ReviewMany shows to see and places to dine, Malls and outlets to shop, outdoor rides around town like zip line, roller-coaster, gondala, etc. View natural beautiful scenery of the mountains and hills of rocks with waterfalls.
