Nice quite friendly resort

Best things about resortUnit was clean and well maintained. Furnishing and linens were in good condition and comfortable. Small Pool was heated and clean. Small nice hot tub.
Best attractions or restaurants nearbyNice Beach and Restaurants are nearby. Upscale neighborhood.

ReviewThe Resort is located across the highway from the Ocean that has a nice beach with easy access. Resort is located in an upscale neighborhood making walking in the area very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The one bedroom unit was quite large enough for two people may be a bit small for four adults.

MUST HAVE A CAR!

Best things about resortSmall, tastefully decorated, quiet.
Best attractions or restaurants nearbyThe beach which is across the street with a .2 mile walk uphill through a park.

ReviewStaff very friendly. In checking in room had not been properly cleaned (bags in drawers); advised staff (although I had already removed the bags and taken them to the trash). Bedroom: faces A1A (beachside) but no ceiling fan (can turn air up but still stagnant); and blinds on windows do not darken the room at night. Streetlights shine directly into bedroom windows. Unfortunately in this area of Florida during several months of the year ocean is infested with sea mites. Warnings in unit but didn't care to venture into the water. Due to economy many stores in downtown Boca Raton have closed. A few miles to nearest grocery store.

Average Place with Beautiful beach

ReviewOverall we had a nice stay here but it definitely would not be on the top of our list. The beach was beautiful and was only a very short walk across the street. The pool area was nice but small. The 1 bedroom unit was small and didn't seem big enough for 4 adults. The units need updating as our appliances were old and needed replacing. We don't like to complain about cosmetic things so we didn't say anything about a crack in one of the shelves in the fridge or the noise of the dishwasher until we were checking out. The manager seemed very upset that we didn't say something earlier and we were worried we would get charged extra or something. The unit reeked of smoke when we arrived even though it was a non smoking unit. We said something and they tried to get it out but would not move us to another room even though there were only a few people at the entire resort. This is a nice place very close to the beach but does need updating.

Good location

Best things about resortThe resort is located across the street from the Ocean, although you cannot see the water because of the foliage on the park property.
Best attractions or restaurants nearbyGreat location, close to restaurants and shopping. The resort is directly across from the state park for access to the ocean.

ReviewThe resort is clean and comfortable, although it is older. The small size means there is no problem accessing the pool area (small but sunny). It also means there are llimited planned activities. We had a wonderful time and would go back in the future.
